Baking Sheet – A round pizza pan or a standard sheet pan lined with parchment paper is the perfect mess-free way to bake these delicious horns.

Pastry Brush – Sometimes when shopping for the kitchen the little things get overlooked. Outfit yourself for success by making a very small investment in a pastry. This handy tool is used in this Low-Carb Horns with Creamy Mexican Chicken Filling recipe to brush on the egg wash, but it comes in handy all over the kitchen.

Ingredients

Low-Carb Tortillas – Low-carb tortillas are the perfect vessel for the yummy chicken filling in this dish. Use your favorite brand and style of low-carb tortillas to bring your personal favorite flavor to this tasty, filled dish.

Egg – Eggs might just be the most versatile ingredient in the whole kitchen! Not only are they loaded with healthy benefits, like protein and vitamin D, but they can do practically anything! In this Low-Carb Horns with Creamy Mexican Chicken Filling recipe, the eggs get whipped up into a smooth egg wash. An egg wash makes baked goods shiny, crispy, and delicious, so when it’s brushed on the tortillas it really makes them stand out!

Paprika – A hint of paprika brings a smoky and sweet peppery spice to the egg wash, as well as a nice reddish hue.

Andalouse Sauce – Andalusia sauce is a classic fry sauce that is great with practically everything! It is made with mayonnaise, tomatoes, and peppers and has a smooth and creamy yet zesty flavor that brings out the best in this easy meal!

Look for this sauce in your local grocery store, but if you cannot find it, toss one together on the fly. All you need is a little mayo, tomato paste, and finely diced pimento peppers. Mix it all together until nice and smooth and enjoy.
