  • Timing is Key: Serve the burgers immediately after assembling. The crispy crust and gooey cheese are at their prime right off the griddle.
  • Warm Buns: Toast the burger buns lightly before assembling. This not only adds a nice crunch but also helps prevent the buns from becoming soggy due to the burger’s juiciness.
  • Create a Burger Assembly Station: Set up a designated area for assembling the burgers. Arrange all the condiments, toppings, and buns so that everyone can customize their burger to their liking.
  • Offer a Variety of Toppings: Provide a diverse selection of toppings to cater to different preferences. Classic choices like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles are a good start, but consider adding unique options like avocado, fried eggs, or specialty sauces.
  • Serve with Sides: Enhance the meal by serving the double stack smash burgers with complementary sides. Classic choices include crispy fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, or a simple side salad.
  • Use Quality Condiments: Invest in high-quality condiments, such as artisanal ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. These can elevate the overall flavor profile of the burgers.
  • Present Them Well: Pay attention to the visual presentation of the burgers. Arrange them neatly on a platter or individual plates, ensuring that the toppings are evenly distributed for an appetizing appearance.
  • Keep It Simple: While experimenting with toppings is encouraged, simplicity often reigns supreme. Sometimes, a classic double stack smash burger with minimal toppings lets the natural flavors shine.
