Hi there! I’m Aby and welcome to my little online kitchen corner, where you can get to know the world through mouth watering recipes. But before we jump into the matter, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself.


One thing you should know from the start is that I simply adore cooking. It’s more than just a hobby – it’s a genuine passion that feels cathartic, almost as if it’s therapy. When I enter the kitchen, I feel limitless and free, allowing me to unleash my creativity above and beyond. My passion for cooking started when I was very young, just before all the hormones started kicking in. My mother taught me the essentials at first, and slowly progressed toward more complex recipes. By the time I was 12, I could whip up a delicious loaf of bread without breaking a sweat. And let me tell you, everyone wanted a taste of it! Now that I look back on these moments, seeing how it has shaped my culinary expression amazes me.


These days, I take great pleasure in entertaining my friends and family. There’s nothing like seeing them all together, sharing stories and such, while I work my magic in the kitchen. And just as I step in, they’re immediately wowed by my delectable dishes, mouthwatering snacks, and tantalising drinks. Although I don’t like being in the spotlight all the time, I feel great pleasure when people find pleasure in my creations. It’s even better when my husband brags non-stop about it to his buddies! Just seeing everyone with an empty plate in front of them and the widest grin on their face – I never need anything more than this!


Speaking of creatures that I cherish the most, how can I skip telling you about my two furballs, who are the sweetest but can sometimes get quite naughty? They’re not just cats – they’re part of the family, and although they might object, my cats adore being showered with love. They add a sprinkle of joy to our lives, and they frequently hop on the kitchen counters and watch me for hours as I whisk, chop and stir away. Simply put, once my cats grace me with their presence inside my kitchen, cooking feels like a delightful family affair.


After years of honing my craft, I felt selfish and kept my recipes to myself. Cooking is best experienced when shared, as the experience of seeing your loved ones’ hearts melt away with every bite is second to none. Because of this, I have recently decided to start my own YouTube channel and share my culinary adventures. My goal? To show the world that healthy eating is as easy as reheating your meal in the microwave and delicious as ever.


I want people to try my tried-and-tested recipes, inspired by all kinds of cultures and my personal experiments with combining an array of herbs together. Although I love cuisines from all around the world, Italian, Mediterranean, French, and Asian dishes simply make me swoon. What I love about them is that I don’t have to stick to exactly what the recipe tells me to do – if I feel a bit bold and daring, I can freely add an unexpected twist, and the outcome is impressive (almost) every time! Not only that, but there’s something about rich flavours and one-of-a-kind techniques that gets my taste buds raving. Furthermore, my love for Arabic spices knows no bounds, as they add a whole new dimension to my culinary crafts. Finally, let’s not forget about the importance of oils. As I said before, I always try to make my dishes as healthy as possible, so I add olive, avocado, or sesame oil. Not only do they enhance the flavour and add richness to it but with every bite I take, I know that I’m contributing to my well-being.

Cooking is about passion, so it may look slightly temperamental in a way that it’s too assertive to the naked eye.

So, why this approach specifically, you may ask?

Well, this decision came at a turning point in my life. One thing you should know about me is that I have a sweet tooth of a small child – I simply cannot resist the sweet taste of sugar and how it makes me feel. But, as you can imagine, sugary desserts and snacks made me gain plenty of weight, putting me in a foul mood. I soon realised that focusing on nutritious, wholesome ingredients and fresh vegetables was the key to a happy (and healthy) life. In fact, this has also led me to weight loss and maintain my ideal size! But I had to do something about my sweet tooth. After countless experiments, I can proudly say that I’ve mastered the craft of creating sugar-free snacks and desserts which satisfy my cravings without me feeling all guilty about it. And I’ll gladly share them with you!


My goal is to show the world that apart from nourishing, healthy cooking and eating is far from boring. I always try to incorporate vegetables as much as possible, although some people may find them bland. I cannot stress enough how much I disagree with this. Veggies are bursting with flavour and can add the perfect twist to your dishes – provided you know how to use them. And don’t worry if you don’t know where to start – I’ll show you! Through my YouTube channel, I want to show my creativity but also inspire. I want to contribute to the trend of healthy living – how healthy eating habits can change your life completely and urge you to be the best possible version of yourself. In essence, I want to empower people to embrace this lifestyle with welcoming hands – one delectable (and nutritious!) meal at a time.
