  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic adds a nice acid flavor and sweetness to this fresh fish. Choosing vinegar can be intimidating because there are so many options! To find the perfect balsamic vinegar check the label for the phrase “Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale ” this means it's a traditional Balsamic. Also, look for the age on the bottle; a good balsamic must age at least 12 years.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil is the perfect lean cooking for this fresh fishy dish.
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced Fresh cloves of minced garlic are perfect for this recipe but you can also use jarred or frozen minced garlic if needed.
  • 1/2 bunch of Coriander, chopped Coriander is a wonderful spice filled with fresh and peppery citrus flavor. It pairs perfectly with the flavor of seafood.
