    Ingredients:

    • 6 lamb chops
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp ras el hanout spices
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • ½ onion diced
    • 4 cloves of garlic minced
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Fresh coriander

    Instructions
     

    Directions:

    • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
    • When you are ready to grill the lamb chops, remove them from the fridge and heat up the grill.
    • Grill the lamp chops for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
    • Serve immediately.
