Blueberry Smoothie, Low-Carb, Low-Fat Greek Yogurt

Low-Carb and Low-Fat Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 3 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
    • ½ cup blueberries
    • 1 cup strawberries
    • 1 scoop of chocolate protein

    Toppings:

    • 1 tsp Coconut shred
    • 1 tsp Cacao nibs
    • 1.5 Strawberry

    Instructions
     

    Directions:

    • In a high-speed blender, blend together the yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and chocolate protein. Blend until very smooth.
    • Pour the thick smoothie into a wooden bowl and top with coconut shreds, cacao nibs, and slices of a fresh strawberry.
    • Enjoy and Love Your Pure Plate.
